SHIPPING
Orders placed on our site are communicated electronically to our warehouse for immediate handling and should go out for delivery within one week of the order.

RETURNS/REFUNDS
Games that are unopened and undamaged may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping). Contact us to obtain return shipping instructions. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned product and will be made in the same manner of the initial transaction if possible or, if not, by company check.
